Existing Sump Pump
At the bottom of this photo you can see the sump pump pit. Although it's not recommended, we tied our waterproofing system into the existing sump pump pit in this Urbana, Illinois basement.
Wall Flange
The gap you see along the perimeter is created by wall flanges that are part of the waterproofing system. The wall flanges create a gap between the wall and the floor to allow water seepage to be captured and directed to the sump pump and then away from the house.

A different view of the waterproofing system around the perimeter of this Urbana, Illinois basement. Any wall seepage will be captured by the system and directed away from the house.
Work Area
One of our team members hard at work. Notice the plastic cover at the bottom? While working in your home, we cover your belongings with plastic sheets as to not get any dust or debris on them if they are within our work zone.

Lateral Line
Because of the size of this basement, we installed a lateral line to ensure that water doesn't hit the floor in any part of this basement.
