In Lemay, MO a homeowner contacted us because their block foundation had water leaking through the cracks of the foundation into the basement. Best Sump Pump Systems

This is our best sump pump system. It has three pumps, three stands, an airtight lid on the pit, a water watch alarm that sounds if water rises too high and the pumps don't kick on, and a battery backup to keep the system running in the event of a power outage.

Waterproofing Appliances

The perimeter waterproofing system included the side of the basement with the household appliances on it. If these get any kind of water damage, it's costly.

Perimeter System

The gap you see between the wall and the floor is created by wall flanges. This allows the system to capture any wall seepage leaking out to the basement floor before it hits your basement floor.

Underground Discharge System

All of our waterproofing jobs get an underground discharge system installed. Here we have tied into the downspout as well to direct both away from the foundation of your home.
