The major reason for rainwater leaking into the garage was poor exterior driveway drainage. We provide a drainage repair because the slope of the driveway sent the water toward the garage door instead of away. Regarding the driveway, it was not the best option because of the city sidewalk and street elevation. Additionally, we provided some water drainage improvement for downspouts and window well too.

Leaking under the Garage Door

The slope of the driveway drained water towards the home and leaked under the door getting into the garage. Even snow melt was a problem because at night it would re-freeze inside next to the car.

Down Spout Extension

Moving the water draining from the roof/ gutter system as far from the home is best. Past the landscaping bed even better.

Installing an Extension

The 4 inch drain line is connect to the gutter down spout at the home and drained down hill.
