Carl R wanted to waterproof the basement to prevent it from flooding when it rains. First, Woods had the WaterGuard System installed. These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Then, a CleanSpace Wall was installed to stop water vapor from permeating the walls, and to drain wall leaks. Next, IceGuard was installed so that water can still drain out, even when the pipes freeze over in the winter. Lastly, a downspout extension was installed to drain water farther away from the house. Carl can now have peace of mind knowing that the basement will stay dry and clean for years to come!
