This particular system included three pumps and stands, airtight floor drain, water alarm that sounds off if water rises to high and the pumps don't kick on, removable pit lids. and a battery backup to keep the system running in the event of a power outage. This system is customizable based on your needs.

An aerial view of the perimeter french drain system. This system intercepts water at the perimeter and drains it away from your house right below the surface of your basement floor. This system is popular because of its discreet design.
Access Port
The piece you see at the left end of the waterproofing system is the access port. This is used as an inspection port or a drain for a dehumidifier.
