These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the UltraSump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. Then, IceGuard was installed so that water can still drain out, even when the pipes are frozen. Lastly, TrenchDrain was installed by the doors so that when water tries to get in, it will drain towards the sump system. Bobby can now have peace of mind knowing that the basement will stay dry and clean for years to come!

This sump system will continue to pump water out, even if the power goes out at the house.

These will allow water to escape even if the pipes freeze over in the winter.

This draining system will catch water that tries to come in through the door and drain it towards the sump system.
