Well Duct

The blue piece on the wall is a channel placed on the inside of the basement below the window which carries water from a leaking window to the perimeter waterproofing system below.

Perimeter Waterproofing

A look at the perimeter waterproofing system we installed into this Lemay, MO basement. There's a slight gap where the floor meets the wall which is created by special wall flanges that allow moisture to be captured from seeping wall cracks and drained down into the system below to be taken away from the home.
