Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Poplar Bluff Basement
Douglas B. wanted his basement waterproofed, since water kept coming in and pooling on the floors. First, the WaterGuard system was installed. These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the UltraSump Pump system, which was also installed to pump the water away from the basement, out to the downspout extension outside of the house. The TrenchDrain system was also installed along the edges of the basement, to prevent water coming in through doorways and stairs. The water that does come in will then be directed to the sump system. Lastly, IceGuard was installed to allow water to escape if the pipes freeze in the winter. Douglas can now enjoy his water-free basement!
