Wall Flange
Along the wall there is a small gap which is created by special flanges The space created between the floor and wall allow wall seepage to drain down into the system.
Sump Pump System
To keep the water out of this basement, we installed our best sump pump system. This system has three pumps, three stands, a water alarm, and battery backup that keeps the system running when there is a power outage.
Access Port
Special access ports are installed along the perimeter at different points. These access ports allow us to access the system for service.
Waterproofing Stairs
In the before photo of the stairs, you can see how water was coming in. Installing trench drains at the bottom of the stairs insures water doesn't flood the basement.
No Blocked Lines
The design of the caps at the top of the discharge lines you see here allow water to automatically escape through the openings in the event the lines freeze.
