Ready to Pour
Our system is discreet and installed right above the footing of your foundation so we have to remove some concrete and put some back. Here our guys are getting ready to pour concrete back to seal everything in place.
Full System View
A great shot of our waterproofing system before concrete is poured over to seal everything in place. The system will direct water to the sump pump and then away from the house.
No Frozen Lines
The ends of these discharge lines are to allow water to escape in the event the lines are frozen in the winter.
Sump Pump
Our Sump Pump System that includes three pumps and stands in the event one goes out, there is a backup.
Drain Cover
This drain cover is at the end of the discharge line and keep debris and critters from getting into the system.
Basement Before
The basement before we waterproofed it. You can see where water has damaged this Mount Vernon, Illinois basement.
Wall Flange
A special wall flange creates the space you see here between the floor and the wall which allows wall seepage to drain while keeping dirt and debris out.
Protecting Home Appliances
Because this basement has flooded we wanted to protect this homeowner's home appliances so we waterproofed them.
Basement Before Waterproofing
Another view of the basement before we installed the perimeter waterproofing system.
Protecting the System
The white strips are placed over the system before we pour concrete and acts as a vapor barrier between the system and the concrete.
