We were contacted by this homeowner in Glen Carbon, IL because water was seeping into the unfinished portion of their basement. After meeting with them for a free estimate, we installed a french drain system to capture the water and move it away from the house. Here are some progress photos of the job.

After Waterproofing

Vapor Barrier

This heavy pool like liner you see on the wall has 7 layers of a high density polyethylene material that is puncture resistant and flexible.

Before Waterproofing

You can see where water was entering the basement through window well. You can also see the water damage on the wall, ground, and around the window. This is why it's important to have a waterproofing system.
