Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foreman Jeremy G. and his crew were able to install a perimeter drainage system to keep the area safe and dry!

Under the Floor

Here you can see that the area at the cove joint in taken out so the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System can be laid down on top of a bed of rocks. This helps prevent the system from clogging by keeping it up out of dirt and silt. After it is properly placed, it is covered up with concrete so it blends in with the rest of the floor once dry.
