A homeowner in Troy, IL contacted our waterproofing company about water that was seeping into the basement near the shower and furnace. This basement had a sub-floor perimeter waterproofing drainage system installed with our TwinPAK sump pump system and liner, airtight lid, and a water watch alarm to detect if water gets too high without the sump pump kicking on. Interior Perimeter System

The interior perimeter drainage system will direct all incoming water to the sump pump via the wall or the footer.

Vapor Barrier

Our vapor barrier was put up on the basement wall which is what you see here in the photo. This prevents moisture from ever making it to your basement floor.
