This Dellwood, Missouri resident contacted our waterproofing company because water was seeping into the finished basement of their home. Our Foreman and his crew installed a new perimeter waterproofing and sump pump system in the basement. Here are some photos of the completed work.

Access Port

The durable grey piece you see along the perimeter is the access port and how we service and flush the system. Every system we install has one or two ,depending on the size of the system, installed.

Waterproofing Stairs

This was under the stairwell where water was seeping in. The perimeter system can be installed in the smallest of places.

Aerial View

An aerial view of the system. The space you see between the wall and the floor is where the wall flanges are installed. They are designed to capture water and direct it to the sump pump system.
