Rachel M. of Florissant, MO was concerned about her basement leaking during heavy rains, getting her carpet wet. Luckily, System Design Specialist Jake M. was able to help! Underneath Production Manager Frankie D., Robert D. and his crew installed multiple systems, including a WaterGuard and TripleSafe. Now, Rachel can rest assured that her basement is safe and dry!

WaterGuard

WaterGuard is a sub-ground perimeter drainage system that collects both groundwater seepage and wall leaks. It then directs it flow straight into the TripleSafe, keeping the floors safe and dry.

Below Ground

Because WaterGuard is installed below the floor, the area above has the possibility to be used for storage or recreational living area.

TripleSafe

Consisting of two main cast iron pumps and one back up battery-powered UltraSump. If there is primary pump or power failure, the UltraSump kicks on and takes over, providing your basement with extra protection.

Better Together

Together, the main pumps can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour! These pumps, along with the WaterGuard, work very well at keeping your basement drier!
