Twin Pack Installation: Placed Down
The concrete basement floor is jackhammered out and the space for the Twin Pack Sump System is created. It is then inlayed into the area.
WaterGuard Installation: Making Room
WaterGuard is a sub-ground perimeter drainage system. Here the concrete floor at the cove joint is jackhammered and dug out.
WaterGuard Installation: Placing the System
The WaterGuard system is placed down to make sure it fits properly.
WaterGuard Installation: Rocks Placed
Rocks are placed down because the WaterGuard has a special design that has it sit up out of dirt and silt to prevent the system from clogging.
Twin Pack and WaterGuard Installation: Filled In
After the systems are placed properly, up and out of the dirt and silt, the rest of the area is filled in with rocks.
Around the Corner
WaterGuard goes along the perimeter, including corners.
WaterGuard Useage
WaterGuard's purpose is to collect wall leaks and groundwater seepage and direct it to flow straight into the sump pump system, keeping the basement floors safe and dry.
Covered Up
Once everything is in place and installed properly, it is them covered up with concrete so it can blend in with the rest of the concrete floor.
Under the Stairs
In certain situations, WaterGuard can be installed in areas under stairs, such as pictured here.
IceGuard Installation
This is an automatic discharge system that provided peace of mind all year long! It allows water to escape up out of the sump pump in case pipes freeze in cold winter months, keeping the basement safe and dry.
