A homeowner in Affton, MO contacted us because they believed hydrostatic pressure was the reason water was coming up in the middle of their basement floor. After meeting with one of our specialist, we installed a sub floor french waterproofing system, exterior discharge line, and new sump pump.

Access Port

The grey piece you see in the middle of the drying concrete is our access port. We use that to access the system for service and to flush and test the system.

Triple Threat

The sump pump we installed in this basement has three pumps and stands with a water alarm and battery backup to keep the system running in the event there is a power outage.

Underground Drainage Line

We installed our underground drainage line that also connected into the gutter system to lead water away from the house's foundation.

Sump Pump Discharge System

The piece you see on the end of the discharge lines are what allows water to escape if the pipes freeze or become blocked for any reason.

Perimeter Waterproofing
