Now Larry can rest assured that his basement is now clean and dry!

Before Installation

CleanSpace and WaterGuard

WaterGuard is a sub-ground drainage system that collects both groundwater and wall leaks. It then directs water to flow straight into the sump pump. CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier, as well as redirects wall leaks to flow into the WaterGuard, keeping the area drier.

Not only does CleanSpace work to keep the basement drier, it is a also a cost-effective solution to make the basement walls brighter and more beautiful.

Any Foundation Type

WaterGuard is compatible with all foundation types, and CleanSpace is able to be installed over walls that are rough, rugged, or bumpy. These qualities make these systems great waterproofing solutions, depending on the situation!
