Dig out is key
The first thing that need to happen in production is the dig out. Jackhammers and pike axes are used to dig through the concrete in order to put the systems in.
A trench is where the pipe goes
Once the trench is dug out we can begin to look at fitting the drainage system in the trench. The WaterGuard System needs a trench to sit in which lies right on top of the footing.
Trench is All Along the Perimeter
The entire perimeter is dug out and the WaterGuard System will be measured to make sure all the correct cuts are made.
WaterGuard Drainage in Place
Gravel is placed in the trench on the bottom and the System is placed right on top of it.
Drainage Connection to the Sump Pump
The WaterGuard System is connected to the sump pump so that all the water is sent away from the home in a sef manner to keep the basement dry.
Liner is Placed on Top
A liner is placed on top of the system to prevent water from clogging, then concrete covers the system to be complete.
Concreted Flat Over Drainage
Once everything is done, the system is concreted in flat so that the floor is back to normal.
