You can see the water damage around the appliances. With no waterproofing system installed, these household appliances could be ruined from a flooding basement.

Before Waterproofing

Here is a view of the flooring in the basement before we lifted it up. This basement would take on water and it would sit underneath the floor because it had no where to go.

Mold

When we pulled up the flooring in the basement, this was underneath it. Moisture is mold candy.

No Clog Design

Our french drain system is a no clog design because it doesn't sit on the dirt so clogging from sediment won't happen with our system.

Wall Flange

There are special wall flanges that create space between the floor and wall allowing wall seepage to drain while keeping debris out and keeping your floor dry.

New Sump Pit

Here our foreman is installing the new sump pump pit and then putting concrete around it to make it permanent.

Underground Drainage System

A view of our system before we add the backfill back. The grate cover you see at the end of the line is designed to keep debris and critters out of the system.
