No More Freezing Lines
The discharge lines you see are fitted with caps that prevent the lines from freezing during frigid temperatures.
Underground Drain Line
A look at the job progress of the underground drain line installation.
After Drainage Line Installed
The green grate you see towards the bottom of the image is our drain cover. This cover prevents critters or debris from getting into the system.
Triple the Power
We installed a new sump pump that included three pumps even if one of them goes out, a battery backup in case the home loses power, and a water alarm that will sound if water rises too high before the system kicks on.
Waterproofing System
We install our sub-floor system right above the footing of the foundation. We tear out the concrete and bottom portion of the drywall in order to install the system. Once the system is placed in the ground, we pour concrete to be discreet and hidden.
Access Port
Towards the top of the image, you can see the access port, which is a grey piece that is used to access the system to flush and service the system.
Aerial View
Another look at the waterproofing system. Along the wall, there is a flange that captures any wall seepage and directs it into the system.
Before Waterproofing
This basement was getting flooded every time there was heavy rain. The homeowner tried drying it out with a standard dehumidifier.
