Before Installation

In this basement, there is no perimeter drainage system installed.

IceGuard: Year-Round Peace of Mind

IceGuard is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump pump if pipes freeze in cold temperatures.

Discharge Drain

The discharge drain is many feet away from the home and is designed to blend in with the surrounding greenery and grass.

Open Space

Because WaterGuard is a sub-ground system, the above area can be used for living space or storage while having peace of mind knowing the basement is safe and dry.

Underground

WaterGuard is installed under the floor but is designed to prevent clogging.

WaterGuard

WaterGuard is installed around the floor and wall joints of the basement to catch groundwater or wall leaks, keeping the basement safe and dry.

TripleSafe Keeps Basement Dry

TripleSafe is a three-pump system. It has two primary pumps and one backup, battery-operated, UltraSump. The UltraSump kicks on if there is a primary pump or power failure, keeping the basement safe and dry.
