Alice P. of Carlinville, IL was concerned about her basement leaking during heavy rains. Fortunately, System Design Specialist Chris T. knew that a few different waterproofing systems, including a Twin Pack and WaterGuard, would be right for this job. Underneath Production Manager Frankie D., Foreman Robert D. and his crew installed these effective systems and now Alice can rest assured that her basement is now dry!

Before Installation

This is a wall in the basement prior to installation showing wall cracks and unsightly water stains.

Two Pumps are Better than One

The Twin Pack consists of two cast iron pumps that can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour together, keeping the basement safe and dry.

Underground Channeling

WaterGuard is an underground perimeter drainage system designed to prevent clogs. It collects groundwater and wall leaks and redirects the water to flow straight into the Twin Pack, keeping the floors safe and dry.

Clean and Dry

CleanSpace is a moisture barrier that prevents water vapor from permeating through the walls. It also directs wall leaks to flow straight into the WaterGuard, keeping the basement drier.
