New Drain

We installed another drain cover that ties into the underground drainage system near the garage where water was pooling.

Underground Drain Line

The green grate you see on the lower right-hand side of the image is our drainage system cover. The grate keeps critters and debris from getting into the system.

Before Waterproofing

This area was prone to flooding and there was nowhere for the water to drain during heavy rains so it made its way inside.

Trench Drain

Since the water had nowhere to go in this area we installed a trench drain to carry water collected by the drain away from the house via the underground drainage system.
