Vapor Barrier
Our patent vapor barrier called CleanSpace® is a 20-mil thick poly sheet material that covers the basement foundation walls completely. This system captures any wall seepage and directs it to the perimeter drainage system.
Drain Cover
Our underground discharge line is installed and at the end of the line is our drain cover that is designed to keep debris and critters from getting into the drainage system,m.
The Ultimate Package
To keep this crawl space completely dry all the time we installed a crawl space sump pump designed for small spaces and a high-performance dehumidifier to eliminate the muggy humid area the crawl space was created in the rooms above.
Have You Ever Had Frozen Lines?
Fear no more! The white caps on the end of the lines are designed to allow the system to still work during cold temps. The water won't freeze, which can cause a backup of your system if it does.
