New Sump Pump
This homeowner had us install a new sump pump system. The system you see here has three pumps and stands inside of the pit. In the event one pump goes out, the backups will kick on.
Perimeter Waterproofing System
The concrete is still wet and drying in the photo because our system is discreet and is installed right above the footing of the floor.
Access Port
The piece installed into the system on the right side of the wall is an access port. We use this port to flush and service the system.
Floor Drain Tie In
A great aerial view of the floor drain pipe being tied into the perimeter waterproofing system.
Custom Drain Solutions
To keep water from pooling at one of the entrances of the basement, we installed a floor drain that is tied directly into the waterproofing system to direct water away from the house.

Aerial View of Wateproofing
The flanges you see in this photo are part of our patent design and are spacers for collecting wall seepage.
No Freezing Lines
The caps you see on the top of the discharge and drainage lines are meant to keep the lines from freezing during cold temperatures.
Trench Drain
Water was pooling in this area and wrapping around to the wall so we installed a trench drain which is tied into the drainage system.
Water Damage
You can see where water has damaged where the wall and floor meet which is also known as the cove joint.
Basement Before
You can see where the wall and floor have been damaged due to water seepage into the basement.
Underground Drainage System
With every complete waterproofing installation, we install an underground drainage system. At the end of the line, you can see our cover which is designed to keep debris and critters from getting into the system.
