Before Installation
Here you can see how these walls are bumpy and unattractive.
Cove Joint Installation
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement and collects not only groundwater, but also wall seepage to keep the area clean and dry.
Bright and Dry
WaterGuard and CleanSpace both work to keep the basement dry! CleanSpace acts as a water vapor barrier, as well as redirects wall water leaks to flow directly into the WaterGuard.
Three Pumps = Extra Protection
The TripleSafe consists of two main Zoeller pumps and one battery-operated back-up UltraSump that kicks on during primary pump or power failure. The main pumps can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour together. WaterGuard connects to the TripleSafe and channels the water seepage into it so it can be pumped out of the basement, keeping it safe and dry!
TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain is a great solution for areas such as doorways or staircases. It connects straight into the WaterGuard and can collect surface water, keeping your floors dry.
Not Just for Doorways
TrenchDrain can be installed in other places in the basement that seems fit, not only in just stairways or doorways.
Attractive and Cost-Effective
CleanSpace is an economical solution that can cover bumpy walls and make the space look more attractive!
Inspection Port
WaterGuard has a built-in inspection port. This creates an easy access for future inspections, as well as a continuous drain if a dehumidifier were to be installed in the future.
Keep Your Basement Dry All-Year-Long
This automatic discharge system is an IceGuard. It allows water to escape out of the sump system under the unfortunate circumstances of pipes freezing in the cold winter months, ensuring your basement stays dry, even in sub-zero temperatures.
