Luckily, System Design Specialist Jared S. knew exactly how to help! By installing a perimeter drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump, her basement will be safe from unwanted water seepage. Underneath Production Manager Mike J., Foreman Aleck R. and his crew installed these highly effective systems and now Nikki can rest assured that her basement is now safe and dry!

Before Installation

Below-Ground

Because WaterGuard is installed underground, the space above can be used for storage or recreational living space.

The Dynamic Duo

WaterGuard and TripleSafe work excellent together to keep your basement safe and dry from unwanted water leaks. WaterGuard is designed to prevent clogging, keeping the system running smoothly and efficiently.

TripeSafe = Triple Protection

The TripleSafe sump system has three pumps. Two of the pumps are cast-iron and do the majority of the pumping. It also comes equipped with a backup, battery-powered UltraSump. This backup pump kicks on in the case of a primary pump or power failure, proving your basement with extra protection.

Floor and Wall Joint

WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that is installed at the floor and wall joints of the basement. Here, it collects groundwater and wall leaks through the built-in wall flange and redirects the seepage to the sump pump to be expelled from the basement.
