WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that is installed at the floor and wall joint. This way it can collect both groundwater and wall leaks with the built-in wall flange to keep your basement safe and dry.

Because WaterGuard is installed below the ground, the basement can be used for storage or living space.

Goodbye Water Leaks!

The Twin Pack is a sump pump system that consists of two cast-iron Zoeller pumps that can pump up to 6,200 gallons per hour together. The WaterGuard redirects water to flow straight into this system, keeping the basement dry and free from water leaks.

Frozen Pipes? No Problem!

IceGuard is an automatic drainage system that allows water to escape the sump pump system under the unfortunate circumstance of pipes freezing in the colder winter months. This gives you the reassurance that your basement will stay dry, all year long!
