Before Waterproofing

In order to install our perimeter system, we need to have access beneath the slab to the footing. You will see some walls that have drywall cut out.

A look at one of the rooms in the basement before we waterproofed it. Water was seeping into the basement from cracks in the walls in this room.

Old Sump Pump

We ended up using the homeowner's existing sump pump pit, but here is a look at the old one.

Waterproofing System

Here is a great look at our waterproofing system. The concrete we poured is still curing so it does look wet. We also installed a vapor barrier on the walls to keep moisture from seeping in.
