Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Damage in Your Danville, IL Basement

This homeowner was taking on water in the basement of their Danville, Illinois home. After consulting with one of our System Design Specialists, our Foreman and crew installed a new perimeter waterproofing system to keep this basement dry all the time.

Before Waterproofing

Old Sump Pump

A look at the old sump pump. It was definitely time for an upgrade!

CleanSpace® Wall System

A thick (20 mil) white poly sheet material is used to cover the walls of the basement foundation. A press-fit plastic fastener is installed into the masonry and the material is fastened to the rim joist.

WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System

Our perimeter drainage system is installed around the entire basement to collect water that seeps in through the walls or floor, and direct it to the sump pump, and away from the house. The concrete is still drying in this photo so it will appear wet.
