This Manchester, Missouri homeowner noticed water spots on their finished basement floor. They contacted us because they used us in the past for a different issue. We installed a perimeter waterproofing system to help keep the basement dry all the time.

CleanSpace® Wall System

To completely cover basement foundation walls, the CleanSpace® Wall System utilizes a 20mil thick white poly sheet. Installing CleanSpace® involves fastening the material to the rim joist atop the foundation wall, as well as installing press-fit plastic fasteners into the masonry.

Waterproofing Perimeter System

Basement water problems can be remedied with the WaterGuard® basement drainage system. In conjunction with the sump pump and other waterproofing products we offer, WaterGuard® will ensure a dry, clean basement all year.

Water Damage

Here you can see water damage to the carpet on the basement floor. They did not have a waterproofing system installed with their finished basement.

Foundation Wall Cracks

Here you can see the large crack that spans the height of this foundation wall. This crack allowed water to seep into the basement. In this photo, we are installing our WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement.
