WaterGuard Perimeter Installation

WaterGuard is a perimeter drain installed at the floor and wall joints of the basement. This allows it to collect groundwater, while also collecting any wall seepage with the built-in wall flanges.

Optimum Protection

WaterGuard and TripleSafe work incredibly well together. The two main Zoeller pumps will pump most of the time, but in power or primary pump failure, the battery-powered UltraSump will kick in, giving you triple protection against water leaks. The SaniDry Sedona is a small but mighty dehumidifier that works to keep the Relative Humidity in your home under 55%. These three products will give you the assurance that your basement is safe from unwanted water moisture.
