Sump Pump System
Our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump is the most reliable system available for keeping the whole basement dry all the time. Check out this basement to see how it has been cleanly installed. The homeowner chose a battery backup so that, in the event the power goes out, the sump pump will continue to keep the basement dry.
WaterGuard® Ports
In the bottom left corner of the image, you can see part of the access port. WaterGuard® Ports provide convenient access to the system. The top of the unit has a knockout hole for draining a dehumidifier hose. These access ports are also useful for inspecting or flood testing.
Discharge Line Install
Discharge line with IceGuard® caps being installed.
IceGuard® Sump Pump Discharge Line
IceGuard® allows water to escape when discharge lines are frozen. This prevents basement flooding in cold weather.
Completed Discharge Line
Here is a buried discharge line that sends water to a special LawnScape™ outlet while camouflaging the end of the pipe with a removable lid, round circular grate, for easy cleaning.
Basement Wall Cracks
Cracks in foundation walls are generally caused by the shrinking of the concrete as it cures, foundation settlement, or expansive soils. Here you can see a vertical crack forming in the basement.

Push Pier Installation
A heavy-duty steel bracket attaches the push piers next to the footings.
