Basement Access
Here you can see the cellar doors that lead into the basement from the outside.
Leaking Basement Stairs
Water can come into your basement through the stairwell. When it rains, water is still able to get through the cellar doors and down into the basement. If there are heavy rains, that drain in the floor probably won't keep up, resulting in the basement flooding.
Basement Doors
Without proper waterproofing around basement doors, water will find its way in.
Trench Drain Installation
See the grate on the inside of the door? That's a trench drain. Any water entering the trench drain will be collected into the sump pump system.
Drying Out
The homeowner tried everything to keep the basement dry, including a shop-vac and fan.
Discharge Line Outlet
The round circular cover towards the bottom of the image is our discharge line outlet, called LawnScape™ outlets. They protect the opening of the discharge line to keep pests and debris out.
Discharge Line
Marking where we will be installing our discharge line. A discharge line is how the sump pump takes water away from your basement.
Sump Pump System Installed
This homeowner wanted to be sure his basement stayed dry all the time so they installed our TripleSafe™ system with a perimeter floor system.
Prevent Freezing Discharge Lines
Notice the 2 pipes coming out from the house, those are discharge lines. To help keep them from freezing we installed our IceGuard® covers which allow the lines to discharge any water even during frigid temperatures.
