Trying to Dry Out!
This homeowner tried drying out the basement floor after the last torrential downpour they had before calling our team.
Water Damage
If you look towards the bottom of this photo, where the stairs meet the wall, you can see tons of water damage all the way across to the wall on the right side of the door frame.
Install Floor Perimeter Waterproofing System
When installing our system, everything must be moved from the walls, and any finished walls need to be removed.
Service Access Port
If you look in the top right-hand corner of the photo you can see a grey plastic piece, this is a service access port or can be used as a line to drain a dehumidifier if needed.
Drainage System
Do you see the darker grey cement color along the perimeter of the floor? That's where our interior basement drainage system was installed. This system is designed to capture water before it reaches your basement floor, leading it into your sump pump, and away from your house.
Sump Pump Power
Pumping requirements are automatically met by this three-pump system. See that black box to the left of the sump pump on the floor? This is a battery backup to keep this system going in the event there is a power outage.
Keep Your Pipes From Freezing
On the bottom right-hand corner you can see 2 white discharge lines coming from the house. These help keep your basement from flooding caused by frozen sump pump lines.
