Old Window Well
Here you can see the old window well that wasn't sealed properly which was allowing water to seep in
New Window Well
Our window well system is an enclosed system sealed to the foundation minimizing seepage and flooding around the basement window.
Adding to Existing System
We added our WaterGuard® System to this homeowner's existing sump pump system. This system captures water before entering your basement.
Leaky Windows
The outside window well is not sealed properly so water seeps into the basement through the window on the inside.
Existing Sump Pump
This homeowner already had a sump pump in the basement but the water was still seeping in. We suggest a full waterproofing system, so WaterGuard® was installed which you can see in the next photo.
Waterproofing Basement Windows
In this photo, you can see the installed WellDuct system that drains water from the window well down into the perimeter drainage system resulting in a dry basement.
