Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the basement to collect the water leaks and send them to the sump pump to then be pumped out. Then the TripleSafe sump pump was installed to receive the leaks from the drains and pump them outside. With the help of WaterGuard and TripleSafe, this home is ready for any potential water leaks that try to leak in.

Solution?

Team Woods designed a plan that would utilize Woods' top waterproofing products. The products that would soon be utilized would be a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard drains, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier.

WaterGuard

In the footing of the walls, WaterGuard drains were installed to collect the water leaks and send them to the sump to be discarded, The cement layer that you see over the drains is used to seal the drains from possible clogging.

CleanSpace
