In a basement such as theirs, water can often seep in the crack between the wall and the floor, as well as through small gaps in the walls. The first step is making sure that any water that does come from those areas is diverted to the sump pump so that it can be pumped back outside.
IceGuard System
IceGuard was installed outside of the home to ensure water can escape even if the pipes are frozen or clogged.
Extending the Discharge Line
The discharge line was extended away from the foundation of the home.
WaterGuard System
WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement at the floor/wall joint.

All the water from the drainage system needs somewhere to go. The TripleSafe™ pump will send it outside, even when the power goes out.
