To prevent water from damaging the walls and floor, Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the space and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump the leaks back outside. Before Waterproofing

Team Woods noticed that the water had stained more than the carpet. The water had left the floor stained with mildew concentrated. The team dug trenches around the perimeter of the room to install WaterGuard drains.

Pumping System

The sump pump that the WaterGuard drains will direct water leaks to is called the TripleSafe sump pump. This three pump sump pump will collect all water that is collected from the WaterGuard drains and is pumped back outside. The TripleSafe and WaterGuard will keep this basement dry, clean, and protected!
