Several leaks were occuring in different parts of the basement. A complete perimeter basement waterproofing system was installed for this ranch style home. Additionally, due to the large size basement, a lateral drainage line was installed across the basement floor. The lateral line was installed half way along a basement floor crack with also helps prevent floor cracks from leaking. The TripleSAFE™ sump pump system with 3 sump pumps will handle all the water collected and keep the basement dry.

TripleSAFE™ Sump Pump System

Inside this sump pump system sits 3 sump pumps. Each primary pump has its own discharge line. Additional the 3rd sump pump operates during periods of high water getting the water out of the basement as quickly as possible as well as during power outages.

WaterGUARD™ placed at the floor and wall seam

Once a space is prepared at the perimeter of the basement, the waterproofing system is set and then re-concreted to complete the floor replacement.

Finished Rear Wall

Just putting the final touches on the sump pump and the basement is waterproofed and dry.

Wall Leaks

This ranch home had a block foundation. The open cells of each block may hold water from time to time and that moisture helps the paint peel off the foundation walls.
