This Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner worked with Team Woods to find the perfect solution to waterproof her basement. The optimal solution to keep water out of her basement was by installing a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard drains, and IceGuard extensions. Team Woods utilized these products for a complete waterproofed basement. With this dependable pump, drainage system, and discharge extensions, this basement will remain safe and dry year-round.

TripleSafe System

The TripleSafe pump was installed to discard of water leaks by pumping them outside through the basement discharge line.

TrenchDrain

A TrenchDrain was installed around the water heater in the basement of the home.

Extending the Discharge Line

The discharge line was extended away from the foundation of the home.

IceGuard System

IceGuards were installed onto the discharge lines to prevent the line from clogging or freezing. This will prevent the line from backing up and moving the water back into the basement.

Drainage System

WaterGuards are French designed drains that are installed in the footing of the basement walls. Pictured you can see what the product looks like once it's seal with a cement topping. Once the cement dries the floor will be sealed!
