This dirty, moldy crawlspace was fitted with a CleanSpace liner and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. Two of these components of the CrawlSpace Encapsulation System work together to help with moisture production and control mold growth.

Poor Crawl Space Lining

The crawlspace had a poorly fitted lining which was failing to properly seal out moisture.

SaniDry Dehumidifier Installed

The SaniDry Dehumidifier was installed in the crawlspace as well. The SaniDry will work to reduce humidity levels in the crawlspace. This will also reduce in mold production, making for a healthier and more appealing crawlspace.
