This homeowner wanted to waterproof her basement after her home's basement walls were secured with Geo-Locks which were installed by Team Woods. To protect the home from water damage, Team Woods' head foreman Juan H. led his team in installing a CleanSpace encapsulation system on the walls, a TwinPack sump pump in the corner, and WaterGuard drains in the footing.

IceGuard System

Outside of the basement, more improvements were made to waterproof the home. IceGuards were installed on the home's discharge lines to prevent the line from clogging and freezing.

Thanks to head foreman, Juan H., and his crew, all of the waterproofing products have been installed.

TwinPack Sump

Next, a TwinPack sump pump system was installed into the corner of the basement. This system will collect all of the water that the WaterGuard drainage system collected and pump it back outside.

CleanSpace Encapsulation System
