Design specialist Chris A. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect solution. Foreman Melvin F. then headed to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump, a CleanSpace wall system, a Waterguard drainage system, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.
The Waterguard drainage system was placed above the footing of the basement. It drains any water rising from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. The CleanSpace wall system is a plastic liner that was attached to the walls of the basement. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks behind it. The SaniDry is a powerful dehumidifier that not only removes water vapor, but also filters the air for dust, mold spores, and other allergens. Finally, the TripleSafe sump pump removes water from the basement through a discharge line. It is equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump.
William Y. no longer has to worry his home's basement flooding after big storms. He now has a waterproof and dry basement.
