Highland. Illinois homeowner Carole H. was troubled by water leaking into her basement. The water leaked in through cracks in her block foundation and at the area where the floor meets the wall. Though she had a sump pump, it failed to keep the basement dry. Greg H., System Design Specialist, visited Marie's home, and Upon inspection, Greg discovered that the foundation of Marie's home was settling. He designed a solution to support the foundation and keep the basement dry.
Foreman Brad P. and his crew waterproofed the basement by installing WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. A new basement window was also installed to keep outdoor elements out. To support the foundation, PowerBrace was installed.
