Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Keeping a Basement Dry in Ballwin, MO

Homeowners try all sorts of methods to keep their basement dry.  When Philo, Illinois had heavy rains, the water leaked worst at the water line going through the basement wall in this home.  The device in photo one caught the water squirting in during a heavy rain and drained to across the basement floor to the floor drain.  Water also leaked up at the wall and basement floor seam on 3 out of 4 basement walls.  This was also a walk out basement and even after the rain stopped the water would continue to leak in for days.  Our perimeter waterproofing sytems and wall drain for the water line controlled all of the leaks and is keeping this basment dry all the time now.
