System Design Specialist Luke K. from Woods Basement Systems inspected the area and recommended an effective drainage solution to remedy the issue. Foreman Devan B. and his team installed WaterGuard drainage systems to remove the unwanted water from the home. WaterGuard is installed beneath the floor slab to provide clog-free drainage with a minimal look. These photos were taken post-installation.

IceGuard System

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.

UltraSump System

UltraSump was installed in the corner of the space, collecting water from the WaterGuard system.

TrenchDrain

A TrenchDrain was installed in front of the water heater to catch any rainwater.
