Waterproofing

The first step to waterproofing the home is to install our WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is installed on-top of the footing, collecting water at the floor/wall joint.

GeoLock Wall Anchors

GeoLock is one of our foundation repair solutions. We also installed the HideAway Wall Anchor covers to blend in with the CleanSpace liner.

TripleSafe System

TripleSafe was installed in the corner of the basement, this system will send any of the water in the space out of the home.

CleanSpace Liner

If water is coming into the home through cracks on the walls, we install our CleanSpace liner. CleanSpace is used to seal basements and crawl spaces.

Drainage Line

The line was extended out into the yard, keeping water away from the foundation of the home.

IceGuard

IceGuard ensures that the water remains flowing out of the home, even if the pipe is frozen or clogged.
