Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing with CleanSpace Walls
In Dorsey, Illinois homeowner Tyler A. wanted to have his basement waterproofed. For years, he had been having problems with water coming in through cracks in the foundation, as well as the spot where the floor meets the wall. His sump pump was old, not pumping the water out of the home as it should be, and Tyler was tired of keeping up with the mess. He was unable to store anything in his basement without fear of it becoming wet or damaged. He decided to call Woods Basement Systems to find a solution to his wet basement problem.
Unfortunately, Woods knew that the water wouldn’t stop by closing the cracks in the walls. So, in order to keep the water from getting on the floor and damaging items, they installed our CleanSpace System on the foundation walls. The CleanSpace liner is a thick, durable liner that keeps the water behind it, sending it straight down into our WaterGuard system. When it gets to the WaterGuard it is sent to the TripleSafe sump pump where the water is pumped out of the home for good.

Finally, Ice Guard is installed outside of the home to keep the pipes from becoming clogged or frozen.

Before Wateprroofing
Before waterproofing, this home had no sump pump, causing water to remain in the home with no way out.
Before Waterproofing
Before Waterproofing the home, the basement was leaking rainwater through cracks in the walls, causing the homeowner to move his items in storage.
